GoMyid does not enable anonymous remote access, hidden monitoring, or unauthorized device control. All remote actions require explicit authorization, secure authentication, and a valid account.

2. United States – Legal Notices & Compliance

Users located in the United States are subject to U.S. federal and state regulations regarding remote access, data protection, cybersecurity compliance, and software use restrictions.

2.1 U.S. Export Compliance

GoMyid software may be subject to U.S. export control regulations. Users agree not to export or re-export the software in violation of U.S. export control laws.

2.2 Security & Misuse Prevention
